HOW TO ORDER:

1. Add to your shopping cart accordingly with your preferred color and size.

2. Before checking out, add the preferred customized name and font (see the last picture for font options) to the "Add Notes" section. *The way you type the customized name will be exactly how they appear on the earrings. Enter capitalization and lowercase letters as preferred*

If you forget to add your customization to the notes after check out, or made a mistake with the customization, please DM @amayajane.co on Instagram, or contact us via email: amayajanemgmt@gmail.com. If a customized font is not specified, we will use the default font (#2), as shown in the first picture. *You MUST contact us within the same day you ordered to guarantee we can fix your customization error*

Production Process: Graphic Designing & Drawing > Laser Cutting > Polishing > Cleaning > Plated Color > Assemble Chain > Sorting & Packaging > Ship Out

Processing & Shipping: 10-15 business days

Because these are customized, the jewelry usually take about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but can extend up to 4 week. Estimated processing, customization, and shipping time is two weeks, but may take longer depending on demand. All customized jewelry are final sale and non-refundable.
